Can a coach drive onto a college campus?
Usually, but each campus sets its own rules for loading zones and parking. Check with the event host, then send us the address and building name. We will plan the stop around those rules.
Is twenty seats enough for a small conference group?
It is a common size for a department, a sales team, or a panel of speakers. If you expect late registrations, look at the 22- or 24-seat coach so you are not short a few seats.
How early should we reach out?
The typical Denver Party Ride request comes in about 23 days before the trip. For campus events with a fixed date, earlier is better, because spring and fall calendars fill quickly.
