These Terms of Service apply when you use the Denver Party Ride website or request transportation through it. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.
Quote requests and reservations
Submitting a form, calling, texting, emailing, or opening chat requests information or a quote. It does not by itself create a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after the trip details, vehicle, price, and applicable payment terms are accepted and confirmation is provided.
Accurate trip information
Please provide accurate contact information, passenger count, date, pickup time and location, destination, stops, luggage needs, accessibility needs, and other details that could affect the trip. Changes may affect availability, vehicle selection, timing, or price.
Age requirement
The person making the booking must be at least 21 years old.
Vehicles, photos, and features
Website photos and descriptions help illustrate available vehicle types. Appearance, configuration, capacity, and features may vary. Availability and the details confirmed for your reservation control.
Reservation-specific terms
Payment, deposit, cancellation, refund, overtime, damage, cleanup, and other trip-specific terms may vary. Any terms that apply to your reservation will be provided before the reservation is confirmed. Review those details carefully and ask questions before accepting them.
Passenger conduct and safety
Passengers must follow applicable laws, respect the vehicle and driver, and follow reasonable safety instructions. Illegal, unsafe, threatening, or damaging conduct is not permitted.
Calls, texts, and email
If you submit the quote form and provide the required consent, Denver Party Ride may call or text the number you provide about that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out of texts. We may also use the email address you provide to respond to your request.

Website content and acceptable use
The website’s text, design, graphics, and other content may not be copied, misused, disrupted, or used to interfere with the site or another person’s use of it. You may use the site for ordinary personal or business transportation planning.
