If guests are staying at more than one hotel, list them in the order you want them collected. Two downtown hotels make a quick loop. A hotel near DIA plus one in the Tech Center needs more time.
Share the event start, not just the pickup
Tell us when the dinner or the board meeting actually begins. We plan back from that so your guests walk in a few minutes early rather than right on the hour.
