We may fulfill bookings directly using our own fleet or through affiliated transportation providers ("Service Partners"). We only collect information you provide directly through our contact forms or by contacting us. This includes:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Event date, number of passengers, and duration
- Pickup and drop-off cities
- Event details or special requests you describe
We do not collect personal information beyond what you voluntarily submit.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your quote request and booking inquiries
- Coordinate transportation services, including with Service Partners who may fulfill your booking
- Communicate about your reservation (confirmations, updates, follow-ups)
- Send promotional communications only if you separately opted in to marketing on our contact form
Sharing With Service Partners
When a Service Partner fulfills your booking, we share the information necessary to complete your reservation (name, phone, event details, pickup/drop-off locations). These Service Partners are independent transportation companies that operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. Denver Party Ride is not responsible for the privacy practices of our Service Partners.

Our contact form includes two separate consent options:
- Booking consent (required): By submitting the form, you consent to receive calls and texts from Denver Party Ride regarding your booking inquiry. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Marketing consent (optional): You may separately opt in to receive occasional promotions, event ideas, and special offers. This is entirely optional and not required to receive a quote or book a service.
You can opt out of any communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by emailing info@denverpartyride.com. Message and data rates may apply.
Data Security
We use SSL/HTTPS encryption across our entire website and implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@denverpartyride.com. We will respond within 30 days. Learn more about your consumer privacy rights from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
