Denver Party Ride respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website receives, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you request a quote or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, event or trip date, pickup time and location, destination or itinerary, passenger count, event type, vehicle preference, accessibility needs, and optional notes. The form also records whether you agreed to service-related calls or text messages about your request.
Technical information and website tools
Like most websites, hosting and security systems may receive basic technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, dates, and times.
- Vercel: Vercel hosts and delivers the website.
- Cloudflare: Cloudflare provides DNS and routes mail received at [email protected] to the business inbox selected by Denver Party Ride.
- Supabase: Supabase receives and stores quote requests. The secure quote endpoint also uses one-way hashes and limited technical information to reduce spam and repeated submissions. The Denver poll connection is prepared to use Supabase for combined poll results, but shared voting is not currently active.
- LiveChat: LiveChat provides the live-chat feature. It may use cookies or similar browser storage needed to operate a conversation. If it cannot load, the site provides Denver call and text options.
- Google Analytics: Google Analytics measures website visits and interactions so Denver Party Ride can understand which pages and contact paths are useful. It may receive technical details such as browser and device information, approximate location, referring pages, and pages or actions used, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Trip notes, phone numbers, and email addresses are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
- Local browser storage: Poll pages store your choices and a random device identifier in your browser so the site can remember selections on that device.
The site does not include a separate advertising pixel. If our tools or practices materially change, this policy will be updated.
How we use information
We use information to respond to quote requests, communicate about requested transportation, help arrange or fulfill service, operate and protect the website, understand website use, maintain poll selections, prevent spam or misuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations. The quote form is not currently used to enroll people in promotional communications.
When information may be shared
Trip details may be shared with a transportation affiliate only when needed to respond to or fulfill your requested transportation. Vercel, Cloudflare, LiveChat, Supabase, and Google may process limited information on our behalf when their services are enabled. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety.
We do not sell personal information, provide it to unrelated companies for their own marketing, or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, maintaining business and communication records, preventing fraud or misuse, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention may vary according to the type of record and whether a reservation is completed.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.
For text messages, reply STOP. You may also contact us directly to update your communication preferences.
Browser privacy signals
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control and browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change those practices. Technology providers may still process information needed to deliver, secure, or operate their services.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging transportation and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not include payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information in trip notes.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
