Red Rocks Pickup & Drop-off
Red Rocks has specific rules for oversized vehicles including party buses and limos. Limo and shuttle drop-off is at Top Circle Lot. Oversized vehicles (buses, party bus limos) must use Lower South Lot 2 for drop-off and pickup. Parking lots open 2 hours before door time. Plan extra time for traffic on CO-470 and Morrison Road, especially on sold-out show nights.
Timing & Traffic
From downtown Denver, plan 30-45 minutes to Red Rocks depending on traffic. On concert nights, add 15-20 minutes buffer. Your driver should arrive at your pickup location 15 minutes early. Post-show pickup: agree on a specific meeting spot and time with your group before the show starts — cell service can be spotty in the amphitheater.
What to Bring
Layers — Red Rocks evenings get cold even in summer. A jacket, water bottle (sealed), comfortable shoes for the amphitheater stairs. No glass containers. Confirm with your driver whether coolers can stay on the bus during the show.

Alcohol Policy
BYOB is welcome for groups where all passengers are 21 years of age or older. If minors are present and alcohol is also on board, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the group for the entire trip. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and will result in the trip being terminated. Denver Party Ride does not provide alcohol — guests bring their own.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and all tobacco products are not permitted inside any vehicle. We understand some guests may need breaks — your chauffeur can make unlimited stops within your reserved timeframe for smoking, restroom, or fresh-air breaks at safe locations.
Cleanup Responsibility
Please leave the vehicle in the same condition you found it. Excessive messes, spills, stains, or damage may result in cleaning or repair fees as outlined in your rental agreement. Bringing trash bags and cleaning up as you go keeps things easy for everyone.
Pet Policy
