Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Denver Party Ride website (denverpartyride.com) and our transportation booking services. By using our website or booking a vehicle through us, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of Service
Denver Party Ride operates as a transportation booking service. Your trip may be fulfilled by Denver Party Ride and/or an affiliated transportation provider ("Service Partner"). By booking through Denver Party Ride, you acknowledge that vehicle assignment and day-of operation details are confirmed in your written agreement, and that a Service Partner may provide the transportation.
Service Partners & Liability
When a Service Partner fulfills your booking, that Service Partner is solely responsible for the transportation service, including vehicle condition, driver conduct, insurance coverage, and on-the-ground operations during your trip. Denver Party Ride facilitates the booking, handles customer inquiries, and works to resolve issues, but we are not the carrier or operator in cases where a Service Partner provides the transportation.
Complaints regarding the transportation service itself (vehicle issues, driver conduct, on-site problems) should be directed to the Service Partner. Contact information for your Service Partner will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. Denver Party Ride will assist in facilitating communication but is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of any Service Partner.
Reservations & Deposits
A quote request is not a confirmed booking. Reservations are confirmed only after the documented booking process is completed — typically including a written agreement and any required deposit or payment steps stated in that agreement. Deposit percentages, balance due dates, and last-minute payment rules can vary by trip and operator and must be confirmed in writing for your event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, reschedule, and refund terms are controlled by the written rental agreement issued for your trip. Do not rely on website examples or prior trips for refund timing. Submit cancellation requests in writing to info@denverpartyride.com and keep a copy of your agreement terms.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers must follow all instructions from the chauffeur. Standing while the vehicle is in motion is prohibited. All passengers must be seated with seatbelts fastened where available. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted on any vehicle. If alcohol is present, all passengers must be 21 years of age or older. The renter is responsible for the conduct of all passengers.
Damage & Cleanup
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers during the rental period. A cleaning fee may be assessed if the vehicle requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use. Damage fees will be charged to the card on file.
Vehicle Capacity
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their stated seating capacity. This is a safety regulation and is strictly enforced. If additional passengers arrive beyond the reserved capacity, they will not be permitted to board.
Overtime & Extensions
If your event extends beyond the reserved time, overtime charges will apply at the hourly rate. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability. Your chauffeur will confirm availability before any extension begins.
Liability
Denver Party Ride's liability is limited to the booking coordination fees we receive. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in any vehicle. When a Service Partner fulfills your booking, that partner carries their own commercial liability insurance and is responsible for all claims arising from the transportation service.
Communications Consent
By submitting a contact form on our website, you consent to receive calls and texts from Denver Party Ride regarding your booking inquiry. You may also separately opt in to receive promotional communications. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or emailing info@denverpartyride.com. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Neither Denver Party Ride nor any Service Partner is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, government actions, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

“Definitely lives up to their name! We used them for our bachelorette/bachelor parties and our wedding and will be using them again. They were absolutely great! Even let me extend an hour when I decided my bachelorette party was too much fun and I wasn't ready to go yet!! :) I would absolutely recommend them and do to everyone!!”

Common Concerns — Answered Honestly
Booking group transportation is a big decision. Here are common questions — with straight answers about quotes, our fleet, and confirmation.
Is a party bus worth the cost?
For many groups, one shared vehicle can cost less per person than stacking rideshares, parking, and a designated driver — and everyone stays together between stops. Use planning tools for ballpark factors, then confirm inclusions and final pricing in a written quote for your date and route.
Try the Cost Calculator →Are the drivers safe and professional?
Denver Party Ride assigns the chauffeur for your trip. Confirm chauffeur assignment, vehicle details, and trip policies in writing before you reserve. Share your full itinerary so route timing and venue logistics can be reviewed in advance.
How Booking Works →What if our plans change last-minute?
Day-of flexibility depends on your written agreement with Denver Party Ride. Ask about stop changes, overtime, and cancellation terms before paying a deposit so expectations are clear if plans shift.
Request Quote Details →Can I trust online reviews for party bus companies?
