Keep the group adult-only
Colorado's official cannabis guidance states that retail cannabis purchase, possession, and use are illegal for anyone under 21. Provide passenger ages and keep a 420 itinerary separate from mixed-age transportation.
Each business controls identification and entry. A transportation booking does not establish eligibility to purchase or enter.
Use only independently documented legal stops
Denver states that commercial cannabis-consumption events must operate through appropriately authorized marijuana hospitality businesses. It also states that marijuana consumption is prohibited at establishments with a liquor license.
Verify the current local and state license, address, operating status, reservation, identification, allowed products, and consumption rules directly with each destination. Do not rely on a blog list or social post.
Do not treat the vehicle as a consumption venue
Never assume cannabis may be consumed in or around a transportation vehicle. The itinerary must follow current law and the written policy for the assigned vehicle. Transportation does not provide products, sales, delivery, consumption space, medical advice, or legal permission.
Keep all products lawfully packaged and stored as required. Confirm prohibited-item and odor, cleanup, damage, food, beverage, and smoking rules before boarding.
Build a compact transportation-only route
Choose one central pickup, a short list of independently arranged lawful destinations, meal and water planning, firm reboard times, and final drops. Name one organizer and backup.
Dispensary shopping, hospitality reservations, classes, exhibits, private events, and other activities remain separate purchases. Venue names do not imply partnership or entry.
Plan a non-impaired return
No passenger should drive impaired after leaving the trip. Set the final hotel, home, or approved drops in advance and decide what happens if a participant leaves independently.
The driver is not a consumption monitor, health advisor, legal advisor, or substitute for individual judgment. Guests should follow official guidance and seek qualified help for legal or medical questions.
Recheck rules close to departure
Laws, local ordinances, licenses, and venue policies can change. The organizer should recheck the official state and Denver sources, each destination, and the assigned vehicle agreement shortly before the date.
Keep an adult outing straightforward
