Choose a primary neighborhood or nearby cluster and limit cross-city moves. RiNo, central Denver, South Broadway-adjacent areas, west-metro routes, Golden-area plans, and Aurora routes each create different travel and loading patterns.
One coherent area with two or three planned taprooms usually creates more tasting and conversation time than a long list across the metro.

Ask each brewery about current hours, group reservations, age rules, identification, food, outside items, private events, bus loading, parking, accessibility, last service, and whether a large group can arrive together.

Give the route a tasting pace
Set an arrival and leave time for every stop. Include ordering, restroom use, closing tabs, walking, and reboarding—not only drinking time. Make the last brewery optional if an earlier reservation or service delay pushes the schedule.
Add a food plan before the group boards. A real meal or confirmed food option is a scheduling item, not an afterthought.
Confirm passenger and vehicle policies
Provide passenger ages. Alcohol is permitted only when lawful and allowed by the assigned vehicle's written policy. Brewery purchases, open containers, glass, coolers, food, cleanup, and prohibited items may have separate rules.
The transportation plan should support a sober return, but it does not supervise alcohol consumption or decide whether an individual is fit for an activity. The organizer should set expectations and know how guests who leave independently will get home.
Build the reboard system
Name one organizer and backup. At each stop, publish the exact vehicle meeting pin and reboard time before the group enters. A driver should not have to search multiple doors or reconcile route requests from separate passengers.
Choose one central return or include planned drops in the quote. A distant chain of residential drops can materially extend the service window.
