Wedding transportation is a sequence of movements: the couple, wedding party, family, hotel guests, ceremony, photos, reception, early returns, and final departures. Start by mapping those movements before selecting vehicles.

This guide does not rely on an unverifiable wedding count, venue partnership, fleet-ownership claim, or blanket package discount. The written plan for the actual date is what matters.

Build a transportation matrix

Create one row for every passenger group and leg. Record group name, headcount, ready time, pickup, hard arrival, destination entrance, cargo, accessibility, onsite contact, and next movement.

A total wedding headcount is not enough. Guests may need hotel loops while the wedding party is taking photos and the couple needs a separate departure.

Work backward from ceremony arrival
